Significant advancements have been made in anti-VEGF treatment with long intervals that can reduce the burden of disease for patients living with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) and diabetic macular edema (DME). However, the question remains – what characteristics drive a new standard of care?
Global thought leaders in retinal diseases will discuss this important topic based on clinical trial results, real-world evidence and their own experience, with a focus on Eylea (aflibercept) 8 mg at the Bayer Media event, taking place at EURETINA 2025.
